Passetto by Le Quattro Volte is a sweet wine of substance and concentration, which combines a broad and persistent range of flavors with a sharp acidity that gives it dynamism. Obtained from local white grapes, after the harvest they are left to dry on racks. Subsequently, the long fermentation and aging carried out in wood give life to a wine that is absolutely worth trying. Francesco presents us this little gem produced in only 400 bottles, produced with red grapes. The grapes that grow on clayey soils are left to overripe on the plant. The gradual drainage determines a slight oxidation helping to define an intense, territorial wine with an incredible complexity.
