The Vino Cotto of Podere San Biagio is a sweet wine obtained by boiling the must in copper cauldrons. The Sangue di Giuda dell’Oltrepò Pavese "Fiore del Vento" by Andrea Picchioni is a sweet and fresh wine with low alcohol content, obtained from a blend of croatina, barbera and rare grapes. The nose is fruity, fragrant, with hints of strawberry, black currant, sour cherry and a note of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is moderately sweet, harmonious, full, drinkable.

Passito di Pantelleria Bukkuram Sole d'Agosto by De Bartoli is a wine produced with Zibibbo grapes that half are dried on the plant and the other half in the sun. It has a golden yellow color. Anarchia Constitutionale by Massa is a partially fermented grape must based on white grapes that proves sweet and with low alcohol content. The selection of the grapes takes place in the first ten days of September. Maceration of the same and subsequent pressing; after 12 hours inactivation of the spontaneous fermentation phase by refrigeration and filtration. Constitutional Anarchy is straw yellow in color with a fresh nose of floral and fruity aromas. The taste is soft, fresh and aromatic.

Moscato Bianco di Bera is an excellent sweet wine obtained from the vine of the same name. Spontaneous fermentation in autoclave. It does not undergo clarification or filtration before bottling. A wine that on the nose gives elegant aromas of white pulp fruit, white flowers, delicate citrus hints with mineral hints. In the mouth it is fine and delicate, it shows a nice sweet component contrasted with an excellent acid backbone and savory texture.

The Don Fà is a fortified red wine that comes from an ancient recipe of the Barons de Beaumont. For this product only red grapes and black cherry leaves are used. It has a deep ruby red color. On the nose evident hints of black cherry are evident, spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate it is full-bodied and warm, and elegant with a long finish.

Ezio Cerruti's "Sol" is a passito wine that embodies the philosophy that accompanies Ezio in the production of his wines. Produced with white grapes which are left to dry naturally in the vineyard for 2 months and aging in wood for at least 36 months. Bottled without clarification or filtration. Sol is sweet but never cloying supported by the right degree of acidity. The nose gives off spices and yellow fruits. The mouth is tense and mineral and in a very long end. Production of only 5000 bottles.
