Arnaldo, manager of the bread and wine tavern in Cortona since 1997, passionate about typical Tuscan products and especially wine, planted in 2004 his first vineyard in the Chio valley, a few kilometers from cortona. Having always lived in Tuscany, he chooses to plant Sangiovese, thinking of launching a challenge to those who over the years have been captivated from international vines.
