The Supersanum Winery is located in Supersano, in the province of Lecce, founded by the Nutricato brothers, Gabriele, Paolo and Sara, when in 2014 they finally decided to make their dream come true. Today the "Cantina Supersanum" is a family business, where the Nutricato brothers personally and directly take care of the entire production process: from the cultivation of the vines to the production process and sale, with particular attention to the organoleptic characteristics of their products and pursuing the highest quality standards. Wine production is based on respect for the environment and the philosophy of organic farming. The young entrepreneurs have been able to wisely blend the most ancient oenological traditions with the most recent technologies and techniques, allowing to eliminate the use of chemical substances, respecting the microbiological balance of the soil and preserving the integrity of the territory. During the winemaking phase, the need for unnecessary and expensive chemical additives is extremely reduced, so that consumers will benefit from the production of a fine and healthy wine.
