It is not known who is behind Cantina Fantasma, but we do know that they are not winemakers, but of bottlers, careful to find treasures around Italy. Among the "pearls" of Cantina Fantasma we find "Il Sindacalista", "L’Amico Ricco" and "L’Imbosco". The first is a natural classic method sparkling wine, 30 months on the lees, no dosage and a very low level of sulfur make it perfect for an unusual aperitif. "L’Amico Ricco", on the other hand, is a macerated white, fresh, sharp and with a well-balanced aroma; the crunchy and thirst-quenching sip is a call that cannot be escaped. Finally, "L’Imbosco" is a WINE with a vivid purple color; here the freshness of red fruits and the fragrance of flowers are combined with an agile sip and surprising drinkability.
