The "Emilio Sciacca Etna Wine" farm was founded in 2015 as a decisive gesture in a love story that began many years earlier and which has Etna and Etna wine as its protagonist. Emilio, already in the field of nature tourism and wine tourism, after many years of research, study and passion finds a small plot of land with an ancient Palmento to be restored in the territory of Linguaglossa (North Etna) in the Martinella district and immediately falls in love with it. . In 2018 the first harvest from which their three labels are born: a white (Biancopiglio) and two reds (Rossobrillo and Neromagno) Today the Emilio Sciacca Etna Wine farm has one hectare of vineyard owned, both in Linguaglossa and on the side south to Biancavilla, and another hectare under a conferment contract. All stages of processing, both in the vineyard and in the cellar, are carried out respecting nature. Field treatments are based on sulfur and copper and green manure or organic fertilizers are used where necessary. In the cellar, fermentations are spontaneous with indigenous yeasts, the wines are neither filtered nor clarified, and the use of sulphites is minimized.
