After the latest "Sous le Vegetal" project that saw him protagonist in Samos, Jason returns home to his native land, Pella, a land to which he belongs and from which at least in spirit he has never left. He rents old vines, mainly on Mount Olympus, 70% of which are “abandoned” and not worked. Here we find his beloved native varieties (with one very small exception): Xinomavro, Stavroto and Krassato. His approach to the vineyard is always the same: permaculture. In the cellar, then there was no intervention to fully enhance the purity of the grapes and the terroir. From soils rich in shale and rock, deeply mineral and savory wines are born, rich and elegant at the same time. Ladies and gentlemen: Jason is back home.
