The Cellar of Giulio Accornero is located in Vignale Monferrato, in the province of Alessandria, more precisely in Cà Cima. Historical cellars of the area, the Accornero produce wine for 4 generations. Everything was born by Bartolomeo Accornero, who in the second half of the nineteenth century had both its modest property and that of the Counts of Callori. In 1897 he managed to buy the Cà Cima farmhouse from the noble knight Negri. From then on generation to generation comes Giulio Accornero, the one who gave the ultimate push for the production of great territorial wines. Giulio leads its 20 hectares in an absolutely biological way, without using chemicals and in the cellar it only uses traditional practices with an eye to modernity. Grown vines are Grignolino, Malvasia of Casorzo, Freisa, Barbera, Chardonnay and Sauvignon for the production of 11 labels. Accornero manages to offer great wines respecting the territory of Monferrato.
