The "Tue-Boeuf" is a magical place in the Touraine name in the central Loire, where texts have been found to prove that wine has been produced in this area since the Middle Ages and linked the Puzelat family to these lands since 15 ° Century. In the early 90's, the heirs of this historic family, Thierry and his brother Jean-Marie, decided to leave their professions and start following the family business to produce wines that talked about the territory they came from. 10 hectares of properties plus 6 properties, all cultivated according to biodynamic principles, where Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and the rare Pineau Menu are cultivated, a white grape variety typical of the Loire that is distinguished by its acidity. Thierry has become one of France's finest wine-makers and its wines are very expressive, mineral and have great acidity
