Producer Vittorio Stillo

Vittorio Stillo  is a small olive farm located in San Marco Argentano, in the province of Cosenza, almost at the exact center of Calabria. The company belongs to the family, it is the main source of livelihood. In the mid-eighties, different divisions and careers meant that the company was left in a state of almost total neglect. In 2005 Vittorio decides to start working the land of the years and restore the olive grove and the vineyard. Today the company covers an area of ​​about 35 hectares, in a mainly hilly area, where the olive trees occupy about 20 hectares while the vineyards occupy 4 hectares. Vittorio leads the company using cultural techniques with low environmental impact, using biological methods. Stillo produces two wines: the 'Sileno' obtained from a cut of two native Calabrian wines such as Nerello and Magliocco, and the 'Vertumno', a Syrah in purity. Intense and complex wines
