Fattoria Cerreto Libri is a wonderful reality located in Pontassieve, in the province of Florence. The property is built next to a wonderful eighteenth-century villa, and all around we find all the land that includes not only vineyards, but also arable land and forest to traditional fauna in the area of ​​restocking and capture. The company cultivates the native vines of the area such as Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino, Trebbiano and Malvasia, in a biodynamic regime since 1997. In the vineyard they pay attention to the healthiness of the plant, and to do this they do not use synthetic fertilizers and enrich the soil with the practice of green manure and the aspersion of biodynamic preparations. Their wines have qualities of originality, frankness and integrity of fruit.
