The Rosso Colli Tortonesi from Oltretorrente is made from a blend of Barbera and Dolcetto, fermented spontaneously and macerated on the skins for approximately 20 days. It ages for 8 months in concrete vats. The nose offers red fruit, Mediterranean scrub, and spices; the palate is structured, with soft tannins and lively acidity.

Timorasso di Oltretorrente is a rich and full white wine obtained from the grapes of the same name. Oltretorrente's philosophy is to produce it with spontaneous fermentations, no maceration on the skins or manolactic fermentation in order to preserve the acidity and freshness of the wine. On the palate it is savory and typically mineral, a verve acidity makes it pleasant and very persistent
