The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore by La Staffa is a white wine of great character, produced from the Verdicchio variety in the hills of Staffolo, an area historically suited to viticulture. The wine has an intense straw yellow color, which anticipates an aromatic complexity fascinating. On the palate, it is enveloping and fresh, with a marked minerality which accentuates its pleasantness and drinkability. Its complexity and freshness make it ideal for both convivial occasions and moments of oenological meditation.

The Rincrocca” by La Staffa is obtained from the best Verdicchio grapes coming from the Castellaretta district vineyard which was planted in 1972. The grapes are meticulously harvested by hand and after destemming and careful pressing the grapes are fermented spontaneously in tanks of concrete. After racking, it ages for eight months in the same containers. “Rincrocca” is a structured but flowing, elegant, fresh wine with a long, slightly savory finish.

La Staffa's "Mai Sentito" is a sparkling wine made from Verdicchio grapes with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It is an immediate expression, fresh, dry and very thirst-quenching: aromas of fruit, yeasts and bread-making and a soft, dynamic and lively sip.
