Vigneto Saetti is a winery that represents a perfect fusion between tradition and innovation, maintaining a strong connection with the territory and respect for the environment. Founded in 1998 by Luciano Saetti, the winery is located in the heart of the Santa Croce DOC area, in the province of Modena, on an area of ​​2.80 hectares entirely dedicated to organic viticulture. The company stands out for its sustainable cultivation practices, dating back to the local winemaking tradition of 1964, through the implementation of cultivation systems that are careful to preserve the natural balance of the vineyard. Every year, during the manual harvest, the grapes undergo a careful selection process to guarantee the maximum quality and health of the final product. Furthermore, irrigation takes place exclusively through small drip trays, also avoiding invasive green pruning. The philosophy of Vigneto Saetti is expressed in the choice to reduce the quantity of production and dedicate particular attention to winemaking. This approach allowed them to produce wines without the addition of sulfur dioxide in 2007, a significant achievement that highlights their commitment to the naturalness and purity of the product.
