Condrieu by François Dumas is a rich and complex white wine based on 100% Voigner. Grapes that come from a small vineyard located on granite and limestone soil. The vinification takes place with the pressing that takes place by hand with a 100-year-old press. Spontaneously fermented with only indigenous yeasts and aged for 22 months in old barrels before bottling.

Munjebel Bianco is obtained from a blend of golden greens, carving and fox code from vineyards that grow on foot freely on the slopes of Etna at an altitude of 1000 meters. Quartz Blanc by Les Cailloux Du Paradis is a wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on a vineyard planted on soils rich in sand and quartz. The grapes ferment in used barriques, where they then age for 18 months. Upon opening, the nose is timid with light notes of green apple. A little oxygen is all it takes for it to explode with notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, celery, cucumber, and a hint of nutmeg. The palate is vibrant, with acidity guiding the sip, accompanied by notes of white peach and sage. A long finish.

The Cotillon des Dames by Jean-Yves is a complex, deep and mineral orange wine, made from 100% Jacquére grapes.
