The palate is fresh, juicy, and vibrant, featuring fine tannins and a long, harmonious finish. Vinified with 50% whole clusters, aged in large wooden barrels, and bottled without fining or filtration.

Charme du Loire by Jean Pierre Robinot is a white wine made with Chenin Blanc grapes from vines over 40 years old located in the limestone soil of Jasnières. The Salamandre is a red wine that comes from a blend of red and white grapes, Sauvignon blanc, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay and Grolleau, which come from vineyards bred according to biodynamic principles in the village of Saint-Aubin Luigné, south of the city of Angers, in the name of Anjou in the Loire. It is ruby red in color which is a load of fruit. Straight and slender that impresses with its freshness.
