Colbotto Bianco by Le Quattro Volte is a lively, agile and "shaggy" wine, which will give you a smooth and carefree sip. Produced with Malvasia and Mantonico grapes which are macerated on the skins for a few hours, before refermentation in the bottle.

Naolta is a sparkling wine obtained with the technique of fermentation in the bottle using white grapes. It has a pale straw yellow color with a fine and persistent foam. The nose is fragrant and floral and fruity aromas can be recognized, with hints of pear, apple and almond combined with the characteristic notes of yeast and delicate nuances of "bread crust". The sip is striking for its extraordinary drinkability, it is very fresh, light, with excellent minerality and flavor.

The Cremant d'Alsace de Raphael by Les Vins Pirouettes is a fresh, agile and crunchy sparkling wine based on a blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Riesling, Pinot Grigio. Like a bite of an apple surrounded by white flowers, bread crust and minerality. Tense and thirst-quenching sip, but of great elegance.
