“Uva d'oro” by Mirko Mariotti is a sparkling wine made from Fortana grapes obtained with long re-fermentation in an autoclave. The "Antico" sparkling wine is obtained using white grapes that come from vineyards over 35 years old grown in Trentino pergola on medium-textured limestone soils. Alpino Macerato by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.

Bergianti's "No Autoclave" is a wine that screams at the top of its lungs the tradition of refermented in Emilia, which is not an autoclave. Amaltea is a Spanish sparkling wine taglieten like a lama, obtained from indigenous varieties of Penedès: 60% Xarello, 30% Macabeu and 10% Parellada.
