The "Antico" sparkling wine is obtained using white grapes that come from vineyards over 35 years old grown in Trentino pergola on medium-textured limestone soils. Alpino Macerato by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose.
