"Ciso" is the abbreviation for Narciso, which is the name of the farmer who bequeathed to the consortium of the Dolomites an ancient vineyard of lambrusco with indented leaves, made up of 727 ungrafted vines over a hundred years old . From this vineyard today a Lambrusco is produced by performing fermentation in open vats, and letting the wine rest in oak barrels. this wine of the I Dolomitici is dedicated to the memory of the farmer Narciso, and above all it is dedicated to the peasant wisdom who knew how to listen to the land.
