As de les Annèes Folles Ancestrale is an ancestral sparkling wine made from Pineau D'Aunis and Chenin Blanc grapes. Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%.
