Lumiere de Silex by Jean Pierre Robinot is a 100% chenin based white wine. Dry, firm, the long refinement in the bottle makes it a conversation wine. Cremant by Pierre Frick is a fresh and complex wine produced using grapes of Pinot Auxerrois. The nose gives aromas of bread crust and aromatic herbs, followed by honey notes, dried fruit and pastries. The sip is very drinkable, with excellent freshness and fragrance.

Crémant du Jura is a wine made from 100% chardonnay grapes. Second fermentation and aging on the lees for at least 16 months. Blossomed it is filled with the same wine. It offers a crystal color with light pale yellow reflections. The nose offers notes of ripe pear with important mineral notes. The palate is fresh, fat, concentrated on white fruit. The minerality in the finish accentuates the freshness.
