The Champagne Brut "Platine" by Nicolas Maillart is composed of a cuvée where pinot noir is dominant, with a complement of chardonnay and pinot meunier. The high percentage of reserve wines, from 30 to 40% which are aged in barrels, gives great regularity and style, richness and natural freshness. After aging in the bottle for at least two years, disgorgement is done by hand, at least three months before sale.

Champagne 333.c by Gaspard Brochet is the result of a blend of Pinot noir, Pinot meunier and Chardonnay that come from the villages of Ecueil, Sacy and Villers aux Noeuds. Vinification in Burgundy oak barrels, and aging on the lees for at least 36 months. Gaspard Brochet with 333.c gives us a new pearl, fruity, compelling and rich, with surprising depth.
