Helena is a sparkling wine refermented in the bottle obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Sankt Laurent grapes. It is produced by Dlúhé Grefty, a Czech company led by Jaroslav Tesařík who together with his family grow about 1.5 hectares of vineyards in Mutěnice and produce around 5,000 bottles of wine every year. Helena is a real bomb, fresh and fragrant, it is advisable to be careful when it is opened. An excellent wine for the whole meal, to drink at least 10 glasses, no 100..but maybe even 1000!

Nase is Milan Nestarec's new pet nat. Naše, a Czech word meaning ours, is a wine that Milan wanted to pay homage to its people and its land. The grapes that make it up are a blend of Riesling, Welschriesling, Neuburger, Gruner Veltliner, Pinot Blanc. Spontaneous fermentation in steel for 2 months. Then it is bottled. Spontaneous refermentation in the bottle in spring with the arrival of the first heat. Unfiltered wine, without added sulphites.

Danger 380 Volts is a sparkling white wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle based on a blend of Muller Thurgau, Neuburger and Muscat. Spontaneous fermentation in wooden barrels of 600 liters for 2 months. Then it is bottled. Spontaneous refermentation in the bottle in spring with the arrival of the first hot ones. Unfiltered wine, without added sulfts.
