Col Tamarie is a sparkling wine obtained with the ancient method of refermentation in the bottle from a white grape variety. It has a straw yellow color with a beautiful fine and persistent foam. The nose recognizes the classic hints of bread crust, yellow pulp fruit and citrus notes. In the mouth it is characterized by a lively acid thorn, with a soft and well balanced sip.
Grapes: Local white grapes.
Alcohol content: 11,5%.
Aging: Refermentation in the bottle.
