Znéstra di Crocizia is a sparkling wine based on Malvasia di Candia which is naturally refermented in the bottle. It ages for a few months in steel, then in the bottle with subsequent natural refermentation activated by the residual yeasts. Znéstra has hints of citrus, orange and lemon on the nose, followed by notes of peach and hints of bread crust. On the palate it is juicy, slightly aromatic with a light tannin. An absolutely thirst-quenching and drinkable wine.

"Marc'Aurelio" is a red sparkling wine made from Lambrusco Maestri grapes. After a maceration on the skins for 7 days, it is re-fermented in the bottle on its own yeasts with the first spring warms. It has a purple red color with a nice persistent foam. The nose tastes of red berry fruit like cherry and blackberry, followed by more earthy and vegetal scents. The taste is exuberant, with beautiful minerality, freshness and flavor.

"Balos" is a sparkling rosé wine refermented in the bottle from Pinot Noir grapes. Spontaneous vinification with a night of maceration in contact with the skins. It is bottled without filtration and spontaneously ferments the residual sugars in the bottle, without adding selected yeasts. It is cherry-colored with a nice generous foam. The nose expresses notes of red fruits with notes of sweet spices. On the palate it is fresh, fragrant, fun and lively.
