Cattabrega, a sparkling rosé wine produced from a blend of tipical red grapes that come from old vines grown in a biodynamic regime. On the nose it expresses itself with aromas of small wild berries such as raspberry and wild strawberries, followed by floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, fragrant and of good persistence.

The Rosso Frizzante Ienide by Franchina and Giarone is a dry wine with a biting freshness. The aromas on the nose recall violets and some red fruits, such as cherries and plums. In the mouth it is fragrant, straightforward and drinkable, pleasantly dried by a subtle tannic texture which makes it ideal for an aperitif with friends, or perhaps for a fish grill with relatives, ideal for a thousand occasions, not to be missed!

The Metodo Classico Ma Non Troppo is the latest arrive to Tenuta Belvedere. It is a wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from a 35 year old vineyard with a yield of 70 quintals. Manual harvest at the end of August and a soft pressing in the cellar. Only 30%, i.e. the must, will be fermented spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Draft in May and stop on the lees for about 27 months. No addition after disgorging. Pas Dosè type.

Rifol is a fun and cheerful sparkling wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle that comes from white grapes. It has a straw yellow color. On the nose the olfactory bouquet is aromatic and broad, vinous and characterized by hints reminiscent of ripe peach, citrus fruits and sage. The sip is dry, agile and very fresh, well balanced and long lastingg.

Cinquecampi Rosso is a sparkling red wine obtained with the method of refermentation in the bottle from a blend of Lambrusco Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile, Marzemino. On the nose hints of red fruits, berries, musk, and undergrowth. In the mouth it has a marked acidity, quite tannic and structured.
