Bruto and The Beast is a bottle refermented wine obtained from white grapes according to the bottle refermentation method. The grapes come from vineyards located on limestone and loamy soils at 350 m.s.l.m. First fermentation in steel tanks without maceration and refermentation in the bottle with the addition of must. A sparkling wine with a lively foam that expresses fresh floral notes and fragrant fruity scents to the nose, offering a pleasant olfactory bouquet. Tres-Bien di Crocizia is a sparkling wine made from white grapes which is naturally refermented in the bottle. The grapes come from vineyards cultivated at 500 meters above sea level, surrounded by orchards and woods. The harvest is manual, and in the cellar fermentation takes place spontaneously in steel tanks with maceration on the skins which lasts about 3 days. It is bottled with a slight residual sugar so that, when the warm season arrives, the refermentation starts again, with the much appreciated bubbles. A wine that proves to be juicy, slightly aromatic, thirst-quenching and drinkable.

M & M'S ”by Orsi Vigneto San Vito is a sparkling white wine obtained from two local vines which macerate for 2 and a half months in Georgian amphorae.
