SPARKLING WINES

Alba Pet Nat White by Vinos Ambiz is a sparkling wine made from Albillo real and Airen grapes. The wine is bottled before the first fermentation in order to obtain a second fermentation, a natural refermentation during the spring following the harvest. No filtration, clarification or addition of sulfur. A wine with excellent acidity and a great concentration of citrus and tropical fruit. Full-bodied and structured without losing drinkability.

Alcohol content: 11%.

Aging: Refermentation in the bottle.

The Reserva de Familia by Clos lentiscus is an elegant and balanced sparkling wine made from Sumoll grapes that ages on the lees for over 24 months. It best expresses the variety and beauty of Catalonia's terroir. The nose is expressed with hints of tropical fruit and citrus, notes of bread crust and hints of almond. On the palate it is fresh, mineral, balanced and of good length.
