Ratatuja is a sparkling wine that comes from a mix of 7 white grapes. Full and original, minerality, fruit and flowers are the scents perceptible at first impact. Once tasted, freshness and flavor give the liquid great drinkability aided by a fine bubble as a constant background.

Carolina Gatti's Bolle Bandite is a fresh and mineral sparkling white wine produced with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It has a straw yellow color tending to gold with a nose that smells of ripe white fruit. The mouth is fresh balanced by a pleasant citrus mordant.
