Mea by Matic Wines is a wine refermented using the ancestral method 100% Furmint, a variety locally known as Šipon, is native to the area of the Slovenian part of Styria. The grapes, harvested by hand and selected, are destemmed. The must rests for 48 hours in contact with the skins, after pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The bottling takes place by gravity. A wine that offers a fragrant, mineral and pleasantly articulated sip. When you can't give up a glass of aperitif, despite the sultriness and heat, Mea is the right compromise between low alcohol content and richness of taste.

The Cuveè Nature Pur Jus by Domaine Durrman is a complex and crunchy wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The grapes are hand-picked as usual and in the cellar they are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Refine on its lees for one year in the tank. The second fermentation is done with the addition of must. Bottled without filtration, without clarification and without added sulphites. Not dosed.A splendid wine thanks to the freshness of Riesling and the tension given by Pinot Bianco. This is Yann's largest production wine. 8000 bottles!

The Cremant d'Alsace de Raphael by Les Vins Pirouettes is a fresh, agile and crunchy sparkling wine based on a blend of Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Riesling, Pinot Grigio. Like a bite of an apple surrounded by white flowers, bread crust and minerality. Tense and thirst-quenching sip, but of great elegance.

Niente Panico by Criante is a fresh, aromatic and enveloping sparkling wine obtained from Catarratto grapes. An original refermented wine, where minerality, fruit and drinkability are never lacking. A glass of niente Panico is a breath of fresh air.

The Mea Rosè by Matic Wines is a sparkling rosé wine obtained from 100% Blaufränkisch grapes with the method of refermentation in the bottle. It is a Summer Pet Nat par excellence, with a beautiful fruit, fresh and with a crazy drink. Ideal in combination with aperitifs and raw fish.

Domaine des Roches Neuves' Bulles de Roche is an expressive and mineral sparkling wine that was born and grown in Saumur, in the Loire, obtained from a blend of Chenin Blanc, 95% present, and Cabernet Franc, 5%. The base wine ages in wood used in which previously passes the Insolite It remains on the lees for 18 months. At sight it shows an intense yellow color. The scent recalls the citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon, on a pleasantly floral background of wildflowers and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is savory and fresh, elegant and mineral. It closes with a stretch of finesse that distinguishes Chenin Blanc.
