Filipa Pato's 3B Blanc de Blancs is a Classic Method Sparkling Wine made from white berried grapes typical of the Portuguese Bairrada such as Bical, Maria Gomes and Sercial. The nose perceives aromas of bread crust, dried fruit and famous notes. On the palate it is elegant, aromatic and refreshing with inviting acidity. It is a traditional method of pure beauty without makeup.

"Les Vignes de Montgueux" by Jacques Lassaigne is a lively Champagne, with aromas of dried fruit and citrus, supported by a straightforward acidity and good minerality. Produced with Chardonnay grapes, the base wine is aged in wooden barrels for 12 to 24 months, followed by the second fermentation in the bottle with a long stop on the lees before disgorgement.

The Cuveè Nature Pur Jus by Domaine Durrman is a complex and crunchy wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The grapes are hand-picked as usual and in the cellar they are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Refine on its lees for one year in the tank. The second fermentation is done with the addition of must. Bottled without filtration, without clarification and without added sulphites. Not dosed.A splendid wine thanks to the freshness of Riesling and the tension given by Pinot Bianco. This is Yann's largest production wine. 8000 bottles!
