Bett is an ancestral sparkling red wine made from red grapes and produced in just over 200 bottles. The grapes come from a vineyard that was planted between 1970 and 2000. Bett is the voice of the Carpenetese dialect of the second half of the nineteenth century, and means “sprout, throw”. It matures for about 6 months in terracotta amphorae, before being transferred to the bottle for refermentation. A wine that proves very fresh on the sip, with excellent acidity and gritty tannins, very drinkable.

Rosso Colfòndo Frizzante Sui Lieviti by Casa Belfi is a sparkling wine obtained from reds with the method of refermentation in the bottle. Fruity, floral hints with spicy notes accompanied by sweet notes of sugared almonds. In the mouth acidulous and dry with a balanced tannin.

Andeira is an ancestral sparkling red wine made from red grapes. The name comes from the local dialect of the 19th century, and means "balocco". The vinification takes place in old toneaux or wooden barrels, with spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins for 2-4 weeks. Refine for at least 6 months in used oak tonneaux. Andeira is ruby red in color with a fine and persistent foam. The nose prevails the fruity and vinous notes typical of Barbera. On the sip it is very fresh, with excellent acidity, soft and excellent to drink.

The "Campedello" is a sparkling wine produced by the method of fermentation in the bottle. It has a straw yellow color with a fine fine foam. The nose reveals floral and fruity hints, with characteristic notes of bread. On the palate it is a wine with great personality and good structure, balanced, fresh and pleasant.
Grapes: Blend of local white and red grapes.
