Solouva Open is a sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes that ages for at least 20 months on the lees. On the nose, it has a scent of strawberries and lemon with a very light dusting of cinnamon. On the palate it is dry, incisive, immediate and delicious, with a balanced acidity that enhances its freshness. On the palate, the fresh red fruit returns, enriched by a hint of black pepper and a persistent mineral tension.

The Blanc De Blancs of Divella is a sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes coming from vineyards at about 400 meters above sea level that rest on calcareous and clayey soils of ancient formation, rich in fossil material that gives minerality to the sparkling wine.
