The Naturale Frizzante Sui Lieviti is a light and very lively wine produced with natural refermentation in the bottle. Deep yellow color, subtle and persistent perlage. On the nose floral and fruity scents, flanked by notes of citrus fruits, yeast and bread crust. In the mouth it is lively, with a good body, perfectly balanced by a good acidity. The yeast on the bottom of the bottle gives the wine softness and longevity.

The latest addition to Cirelli is a Pet Nat produced with white grapes. It's hard not to notice it with that label that reproduces the pirate flag with a black background and a skull to contrast with the beautiful yellow of the wine. A wine with an intense gold color with apricot aromas, citrus and honeyed notes. The sip is supported by a nice foam, with excellent freshness and good minerality and flavor. Casera Frontin is the result of Maurizio and Fabiola's passion for their small house in the mountains at 420 meters in the middle of the Belluno woods, in an atmosphere of nature, biodiversity and transparency. Casera Frontin is composed of a blend of local and resistant white grapes grown on soil with the presence of rock and clayey bottom, spontaneous fermentation of the grapes and maceration with its own skins for 3 weeks and then aging in terracotta amphorae. The result is a Brut Nature sparkling wine that expresses the characteristics of this place in delicate floral and fruity notes, which are declined on the palate in fresh and mineral sensations.
