Gaz de Schistes by Domaine Durrman is an aromatic pet nat with citrus scents and a vibrant acidity. The name derives from the schist slopes from which the grapes come. The Pinot Blanc is macerated for three weeks before being blended with Pinot Gris and Riesling, which continue fermentation together before finishing fermentation in the bottle. Lively and spirited, it amuses with every sip.

The Cuveè Nature Pur Jus by Domaine Durrman is a complex and crunchy wine made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The grapes are hand-picked as usual and in the cellar they are fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Refine on its lees for one year in the tank. The second fermentation is done with the addition of must. Bottled without filtration, without clarification and without added sulphites. Not dosed.A splendid wine thanks to the freshness of Riesling and the tension given by Pinot Bianco. This is Yann's largest production wine. 8000 bottles!

Fetembulles is an ancestral Chenin blanc based sparkling wine which is hand-blossomed bottle by bottle. Wine of infinite tension and emotional power. Pet Nat, my love! Galipette in French could be translated as somersaults! "La Petite Gaulle du Matin" is a petillant naturel produced with a blend of Chenin and Chardonany. Fresh and simple, it is straw-yellow in color with golden highlights. The nose recognizes fruity, peach and floral aromas with light weeds. The sip is smooth and fresh, with a slightly savory finish.
