"Otobbor" is a fragrant and drinkable sparkling red wine that comes from Barbera grapes. It is ruby red with a nice generous froth. The nose is fragrant and vinous, and expresses aromas of red berry fruit. On the palate it is juicy, fresh, exuberant, very drinkable.

The Metodo Classico Ma Non Troppo is the latest arrive to Tenuta Belvedere. It is a wine that comes from pure Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes come from a 35 year old vineyard with a yield of 70 quintals. Manual harvest at the end of August and a soft pressing in the cellar. Only 30%, i.e. the must, will be fermented spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Draft in May and stop on the lees for about 27 months. No addition after disgorging. Pas Dosè type.
