ZerodiBabo Rosato by Marco Merli is a wine obtained from red grapes that grow on clayey-gravelly soils with the method of biodynamic agriculture. Naturally vinified without added yeasts with maceration on the skins for a few hours. Refine in steel and large barrels for a few months. A wine that has a light pink color with aromas of red fruit, red flowers and light spiciness. In the mouth it is fresh, savory and excellent to drink.

Luca Bevilacqua's Rosé Lab is a fruity and juicy wine that comes from red grapes from the father's vineyard, 0.5 ha of 35 years of age, a rosé obtained by macerating on the skins overnight. Nù Litr Rosato is a fragrant and fluid wine that comes from Negroamaro grapes and is part of the Calcarius Project, born from an idea of Valentina Passalacqua. The grapes come from young vineyards located within the Gargano National Park on white limestone rocky soil, and bred with biodynamic methods. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for a few hours in open vats with manual hat breaking. Unfiltered and clarified wine with winter decanting in steel containers. The Nù Litr rosa is a wine with low alcohol content and which has a coral pink color. The nose is expressed, in particular, with hints of cranberries and pomegranate. On the palate it is fresh and sapid; closes with floral references.

Alessandro Viola's Rosè is a fresh and fragrant rosé wine that comes from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on medium-textured and clayey soils located at 250 m.s.l.m. Harvest in the last ten days of September and vinified with spontaneous fermentation at uncontrolled temperature without maceration, then aging in steel for 6 months, only 20 mg of total sulfur dioxide.
