Volpe Rosa is the rosé from Cantina Giardino which is made from Coda di Volpe Rossa grapes, an ancient and rare Campania grape variety. 2 days maceration and one year aging in chestnut barrels. It has a copper color with small orange shades. Intense nose sensations of dried flowers with notes of candied fruit and caramelized notes. In the mouth it is dry with an excellent acid texture with a pleasant and invigorating finish. Only 400 bottles produced.

Ji jan is a gaglioppo-based rosé wine that was thought to be a ready-to-drink wine with an expressive potential that however will give the best of itself with aging in the bottle. A wine that is the quintessence of marl and wind, citrus and iodine. Iridescent and deep in the drink, rich and airy at the same time.
