Pacina's Rosato is an agile, vinous and versatile wine. Juicy and with a beautiful personality, a multifaceted wine but always of great balance, between lively acidity and heat, between salt and a light residual sugar. Disarming and extremely dangerous drink.

Aging: 10 months in 225 and 500 liter Allier oak barrels.

The Rosato di Massa Vecchia is a wine obtained from a blend of 80% black Malvasia and 20% Merlot. Alcoholic fermentation that occurs spontaneously with maceration on the skins for about 12 hours in conical chestnut vats. Refines for 18 months in oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle. An important rosé, very smooth, with good evolutionary capacity.
