Casa Caterina's Aspirant is a rosé wine made from pure red grapes. The grapes come from vineyards located on a clayey-calcareous subsoil. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts only and then refinement in wood and steel for 12 months. As for the other wines of Casa Caterina, the Aspirant is not filtered or clarified, but it can have a natural deposit in the bottle. A wine that will give you a wide nose with aromas of red berried fruits, spicy touches of black pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is fine and elegant, fresh with good flavor.

Alcohol content: 13.5%.
Aging: 12 months in steel and wood.

"Si Rose" by Binner comes from a blend of Gewurtztraminer and Pinot Grigio, two typical Alsace grape varieties. The nose is rich and persuasive, with hints of macerated flowers and spicy notes. On the palate it is taut, juicy, savory, with marked acidity.

Syrnacha by Barranco Oscuro is a mountain rosé wine with lots of freshness and minerality. With an agile and juicy mouth, and a touch of unpredictability that will leave you with the curiosity to try a second glass. Unmissable!!! Obtained from a blend of Syrah and Garnacha, it is vinified with maceration on the skins for 1 day, and aged for 10 months in old French oak barrels. Unclarified, unfiltered and without added sulfur dioxide.
