O... is an orange wine obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon. Maceration in contact with the skins for 3/4 months. The aging continues in 25/35 hl oak barrels for about 40 months. No clarification or filtration or use of sulfur dioxide throughout the winemaking process. Oslavje is a wine with a slightly coppery golden color. The nose is complex, persistent, with hints of fruit, in particular apple and dried fruit. On the palate it has a broad, mineral taste and at the same time slightly tannic and elegant.

Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

The Terrano di Skerlj is a true traditional wine obtained from the homonymous grapes that grow on the clayey and ferrous soils of the Karst. In the cellar, fermentation is carried out with only indigenous yeasts with a long maceration on the skins that enriches the must with aromas and flavors. Refinement lasts at least two years and takes place in wooden barrels set in the cellar dug into the rock. An earthy, taut and vibrant wine, rich in aromas of red berry fruit, with mineral notes and light notes of sweet spices.

The Vitoska of Skerlj is a white wine macerated on the skins, fine and mineral obtained from the homonymous grapes that come from vines lying on the karst rocks kissed by the sea breeze. The color is antique gold. The nose aromas are intense and complex, with a fragrant fruity aroma of ripe fruit, in which incenses of incense and minerals are mixed. The mouth is sapid, mineral, supported by a vibrant vein of acidity. Long and persistent finish. Exemplary bottle, magnificent.

Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. A wine with a golden yellow color tending to amber. On the nose, bursting aromas of candied fruit, honey and mineral notes. On the palate it is soft, aromatic, savory with a long and pleasant finish.

The Venezia-Giulia bianco “Roche - 2380M Nord” by Sassocorno is a 100% Friulan white wine. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration of the skins for 10 days. Aging two years in acacia barrels. No clarification. No filtration. A great Friulian white, of character and substance, which does not lack a right proportion of lightness that supports its drinkability.

Vitovska "Solo MM18" by Vodopivec comes from the selection of the indigenous grape variety that grows on rocky soil. The hand-picked grapes are left to ferment for a semester in amphorae, so that they develop that unique character which will then be refined over the two years of aging in 30-hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels. Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle.
