Carlaz DI Walter De Battè is an intense, fresh and vibrant macerated white wine, with a rich and complex aromatic profile. Spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts with 3-4 days of maceration in contact with the skins. The refinement lasts 9 months in 550 liter barrels. Follow the flow of wine and forgotten memories and emotions will flourish again.

Raixe by Giorgia Grande is a wine resulting from a blend of white grapes that come from microproductions. Spontaneous fermentation with 6 days of maceration on the skins. A wine with momentum and energy, juicy and savory, which unravels between aromas of exotic fruit, aromatic herbs, iodized notes and a hint of hydrocarbons.

Harmoge by Walter De Battè is an energetic and mineral white wine obtained from a mixture of local white grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and maceration on the skins, from 4 to 8 days; while aging takes place in oak barrels for 15 months. A wine that is expressed on the nose with hints of candied fruit, notes of aromatic herbs, hints of resin and flint and sapid tones. On the palate the perfume is rich, soft, with great envelopment and minerality.
