Villa Job's "Guastafeste" is a wine macerated for 2 months on the skins in wooden barrels, made from Pinot Grigio grapes. Aging in mulberry barrels and one year in the bottle. The nose recognizes aromas of ripe yellow fruit, citrus notes, aromatic herbs and honey. The sip is medium-bodied, fresh, with good minerality and a light tannin.

Aging on the fine lees for 12 months in 550l wooden barrels and 15-20 hl vats. A wine with citrus aromas and spicy notes. On the palate it is rich, full-bodied with good acidity and long persistence.
