Nekaj is a rich and structured wine made from Friulano grapes from the vineyard on Monte Calvario, just outside Gorizia. After fermentation, it refines first for 23 months in large barrels and then in bottle for 6 months. It has a golden yellow color tending towards amber, with an intriguing nose of ripe fruit that ranges from apricot to tropical fruit. On the palate it is structured and elegant, with a subtle tannic texture with a very long finish.

Malvasia by Damija Podversic is an elegant and complex wine produced with Istrian Malvasia grapes from the Gradiscutta vineyard. After fermentation, it ages in large barrels for 23 months and rests in the bottle for 6 months before being sold. A wine with a golden yellow color tending to amber. On the nose, bursting aromas of candied fruit, honey and mineral notes. On the palate it is soft, aromatic, savory with a long and pleasant finish.

The Not di Paraschos is a macerated white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from the Slatnik vineyard located on marly-clayey soil. Ronco Severo's Ribolla is a full-bodied and sapid macerated white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian grape variety. In the show glass of golden yellow color.
