The "Principiante" of Santa Colomba is a sparkling wine obtained with the method of refermentation in bottle from Garganega grapes. Produced in 3,000 bottles a year, it is straw yellow in color, slightly opalescent with fine perlage. The nose is expressed with hints of white plum, grapefruit and pineapple and notes of broom. On the palate it is very fresh, sapid and well balanced.

Pico is pure Garganega, selected in the highest and most suitable hills of Gambellara. Its fermentation occurs spontaneously with the use of only mild indigenous. The Valpolicella Classico Superiore Camporenzo di Monte dall'Ora is a red wine obtained from the classic Veronese vines; Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella from the Camporenzo vineyard located on the hill of San Pietro in Cariano. Aging for 4 months in small second / third passage wooden barrels and further refinement in the bottle before being put on the market. The color is ruby red with intense aromas of ripe fruit and spicy hints. In the mouth it is warm, fresh, with delicate tannins and a long fruity finish.

Pierre Frick's Gewurztraminer is a white wine made from grapes of the same name. Refines for 7 months on the fine lees in oak barrels. Only one filtration is carried out before bottling, which takes place without clarification and with a minimal addition of sulphites. A wine that on the nose has intense fruity and floral notes typical of gewurztraminer with slightly spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, pleasant and fresh.
