Mirko Mariotti's Treb is a fresh and savory wine obtained from Trebbiano grapes with the method of refermentation in the bottle. The grapes come from vines over 100 years old which are located just 300 meters from the Adriatic Sea. Spontaneous fermentation with short maceration time on the skins and bottling for refermentation without adding anything. Never foul. Refinement of 4 months in the bottle before release. Mirko Mariotti's Turnè is a sparkling wine obtained from refermentation in the bottle without "disgorgement" based on Trebbiano and Grecheto grapes. "Sur lie" wine, to be served clear or cloudy depending on personal tastes. It goes well with appetizers of Emilian cured meats or in company with friends.

Stefano Amerghi's Syrah is the most faithful and truthful mirror of what the territory of Cortona is. It is vinified in cement with maturation for 24 months in small barrels. Lezer is a classic fresh and carefree "snack wine" obtained from Teroldego grapes and an assembly of 10 vinification tests in amphora, wood, steel and cement. On visual examination it shows a light ruby red tending towards purple. On the nose, fragrant aromas of small red fruits, and floral notes. The sip is slender, greedy, smooth, pleasant freshness.

Bianco Cancelli is a fresh, immediate and pleasant wine produced from white grapes that come from vineyards grown without aid of synthetic chemistry neither on plants nor on earth. Aging in concrete tanks. It has straw yellow with aromas of fruit and fresh flowers. In the mouth it is agile and snappy, dynamic fresh. An easy-to-drink wine.

"Surlie" by Mirko Mriotti is a lively and dynamic sparkling red wine that comes from grapes of Fortana in purity. Purplish red color, slightly turbid with a good effervescence. On the nose the aromas are intense and fine with floral and fruity scents. In the mouth it is dry, warm, fairly soft but fresh and tasty, with a bitter finish.

Alpino by Furlani is a sparkling wine obtained from a blend of local aromatic white grapes that come from pergola-grown vineyards. The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented spontaneously. The base wine is fermented in the bottle with the addition of indigenous yeasts only. Sulfur dioxide is not added and the lunar cycles for decanting are followed. It is not filtered. A sparkling wine with aromas of ripe fruit and alpine herbs on the nose. On the palate it is noted for its great freshness, drinkability and enjoyability.
