Frecciabomb Orange is a sparkling white wine refermented in the bottle, produced from 100% Bombino Bianco grapes. The palate is citrusy and mineral with notes of spicy clementine, pineapple, lemon zest and sorbet.

Region: Puglia.

Alcohol content: 10%.

Aging: Refermentation in the bottle.

Colbotto Bianco by Le Quattro Volte is a lively, agile and "shaggy" wine, which will give you a smooth and carefree sip. Produced with Malvasia and Mantonico grapes which are macerated on the skins for a few hours, before refermentation in the bottle.

Region: Calabria.

Panda di Lammidia is a rosé wine obtained from a blend of red and white grapes. Vinification occurs spontaneously in cement, while aging takes place in anophra. Panda is a fresh, fruity wine with excellent minerality and drinkability.

Denomination: Rosè wine

Alcohol content: 10.5%.

Aging: Some months in amphora

Jonny Gambato by Cascina Baricchi is a sparkling wine refermented in the bottle, "Socially useful" as the label says because it is a wine of carefree conviviality par excellence. Sparkling, opalescent and summery, it is perfect with raw fish, fried fish and many friends.
