Julian Haart's Mosel Riesling is certainly a wine of great character and quality. The freshness and sharp acidity make this Riesling particularly lively and suitable for accompanying fish, seafood or vegetable-based dishes. The practice of whole bunch fermentation, together with aging in wooden fuder, contributes to giving complexity and depth to the wine, while maintaining its typical freshness of Riesling. Furthermore, although limited production may be a shame for enthusiasts, it is often an indication of craftsmanship and particular attention to quality.

Peter Lauer's Riesling Faß 2 is a light and fresh wine, frank and crunchy on the palate, at the same time long and persistent in the finish. The Riesling Trocken "Faß 6 Senior" by Peter Lauer is a lively, juicy and mineral white wine, obtained with the homonymous grapes that come from ancient vines located on steep soils. The indication "Fab 6" indicates the provenance from a specific barrel, used every year for the production of the same wine, according to the oldest customs of the cellar.

Peter Lauer produces different versions of Riesling, and in this case he offers it in an unusual effervescent guise. Its Cremant is based on riesling and ages on the lees for 20 months. It has an intense straw yellow color with a fine and persistent effervescence. The nose has a fruity aroma with notes of white peaches and apricots, combined with pleasant sensations of croissants in the background. The sip is fresh and reactive, long and supported by a beautiful acidity typical of riesling. It closes with a long and clean finish.

Weingut Molitor produces different versions of Riesling, and in this case it offers it in an unusual effervescent guise. The Riesling Brut Petillant Naturel is produced with grapes harvested in 2008. First fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, refermentation in the bottle followed by aging on the yeasts for 60 months.
