"Raiz" is a Portuguese white fresco and mineral wine that comes from pure Loureiro grapes. It has a straw yellow color. On the nose you can recognize salty notes, hints of white-fleshed fruit, such as green apple. On the palate it is fresco, juicy, with a lively salinity.
