Controcorrente is a fresh, elegant, and immediate wine, made from vines grown on calcareous-clay soils at 390 meters above sea level. Harvest is manual and fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts; a small portion of the grapes is vinified whole bunch depending on the vintage. It offers aromas of red fruits, rose petals, and white pepper. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced, and extremely pleasant to drink, thanks to its soft tannins and lovely freshness.

Principiano's Dolcetto d'Alba is a red wine that gives the nose hints of fresh fruit such as squeezed blueberry, cherry, small red fruits and a spicy finish. Two weeks of maceration on the skins. Aging for ten months in steel tanks and subsequently in the bottle.
